Other members included Daniel Glass, Scott Steen, James Achor, Veikko Lepisto, and Bill Ungerman. The band included Stern's brothers Jamie, Adam, and Shawn, who were members of the punk band Youth Brigade. The band was founded by Mark Stern, Eddie Nichols, and Mando Dorame out of their love of rockabilly, punk, jazz, and blues.
